How boring would it be if everyone was the same?

There is no one else like you girl – and that is your superpower. Your uniqueness is something to celebrate so never hide the real you to fit into society. People will always have opinions of you but staying true to who you really are is the secret to being unstoppable.

With all the pressure us girls face these days it’s so easy to get lost in our insecurities and end up doing what other people want us to do. To live confidently you need to have a good understanding of who you are and what you love doing.

Step 1 - Know who you are

This is about your strengths and weaknesses. What are you naturally good at doing? What do you excel at? Maybe you’re great with numbers or good at drawing, or both! It’s very important to know what you’re good at and do that thing because it builds your confidence. Also, when you know your weaknesses you can manage them better and learn to make good decisions that make you feel secure inside.

Another question to ask yourself is - what gives you energy? Some things can make you feel drained whilst some things give you energy and make you feel alive. Do you know what these things are? If you don’t, get thinking and look out for the things that get you excited.

Step 2 - Know what you love and do it

Doing what makes you happy is another way to stay true to yourself. If dancing makes you happy then dance all you want girl! If certain friends make you feel bad about yourself then stay away from them and find a crew that allows you to be yourself. Doing what you love makes you confident and when you are confident your potential is limitless.

Following your dreams can also open your eyes to your true self. That’s because our dreams are based on things we love deep down in our hearts. Everyone has different dreams for their lives so make sure you take action to turn your dreams into reality. If you dream of starting your own business then start putting money aside to launch it because when you do, you will truly be unstoppable.
